John, I want to thank you and Lynn, along with Chris and Mike and everyone who worked on our house during the remodel. We are very happy with the results, and the quality of work, and were glad that the job came in very close to the agreed upon time (I still think if I had not told you we were not ready to move back that you would have had things ready) and for bringing in the project within 1-2% of the original contract price.
