P.S. One specific situation is worth mentioning. I think it was the turning point for us. When the walls were opened, your crew detected that the original builder had made serious errors. The main beam was inadequate to support the second story and some strapping was broken. The second story was visibly sagging and our house was structurally unsafe! You immediately brought this to our attention, proposed a solution, consulted with my mechanical engineer and very discerning father, had it approved by your structural engineer, and completed the repair within the week. Your remedy was not only structurally sound but cost-effective, plus you won my dad over to boot!

What we like best about the remodeling you did for us in our kitchen and bathroom is the high-quality results. People look at our travertine floor, granite counter tops, and cherry cabinets and they love the combination. They are also impressed by our bathroom and transparent shower stall, as well as the fixtures. Your changes and the marvelous interior paint job carry out the Tuscany theme that we love.
Behind these superior results are the skilled people who did the work and dealt with us on a daily basis. I’m an engineer and my wife is a nurse manager, and we are both very picky, as you no doubt noticed during construction. Your people never failed to brief us each morning about what they would be doing, and gave us the opportunity to provide clarifications as needed. The workers went to great pains to keep construction dirt and dust out of the rest of the house. You personally spent a great deal of time watching over the work and evaluating the inevitable changes that needed to be considered and decided upon. I particularly appreciate the help you gave us in setting up an abbreviated kitchen in the garage, including moving our old stovetop to my workbench. I love the smell of sawdust in the morning!
Your quoting and billing system was very helpful in evaluating your quote, as well as making it easier to understand what we were paying for as the progress payments were made. If we had another project like this, we would certainly use your services again. We appreciate your repairing minor items after the warranty period was over.”
